Submitting a quote request through this website, by phone or by email does not reserve a vehicle or confirm a booking. It tells us what you need so we can check availability and send you pricing.

A booking is confirmed only once availability and pricing have been agreed between you and Excellence Limo and any required payment or deposit has been accepted.

Prices depend on the vehicle, date, duration and route, and are quoted individually. Any price we give you is valid for the trip and date it was quoted for.

Vehicle photographs on this website show our own fleet. Passenger capacities listed are the intended seating for each vehicle.

If a vehicle becomes unavailable due to a mechanical issue or circumstances beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a resolution.

Passengers are responsible for behaving safely and lawfully in the vehicle and for any damage they cause. Alberta law applies to alcohol, smoking and prohibited substances in all our vehicles. Our chauffeur may end a trip where behaviour is unsafe or unlawful.

Plans change. If you need to move or cancel a booking, please get in touch by phone or email as early as you can — changes and cancellations are handled case by case, and we will tell you exactly what applies to your booking.

Payment method and any deposit requirement are confirmed to you in writing when your booking is confirmed. Please read that confirmation before accepting.

We keep website content accurate, but details such as availability can change. Nothing on this website is an offer or a guarantee of availability.
