When you submit a quote request we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and/or email address, preferred contact method, service type, travel dates and times, pickup and destination locations, passenger and luggage numbers, flight details where relevant, and any notes you add.

If you contact us by phone, text or email, we keep the information you share in that conversation so we can respond and manage your booking.

We use your information to check availability, prepare and send you a quote, arrange and carry out your trip, and contact you about that booking. We do not sell your personal information.

Quote requests are stored in our secure booking database and are also emailed to our team so that we can respond. Access is limited to Excellence Limo staff who handle bookings.

We use third-party providers to host this website, store booking records and deliver email notifications. These providers process your information only to deliver those services to us.
