How we handle an itinerary
Send the run sheet, or just the parts of it that involve a vehicle. We build the day around it, hold the Escalade for the hours you need and keep one point of contact for the whole booking.
Times change on event days. Because the vehicle is held rather than dispatched trip by trip, a delayed soundcheck or an early exit does not mean waiting for a new car.

Discretion as the default
Our vehicles carry no advertising and our chauffeurs do not discuss passengers. Privacy glass runs the length of the cabin, and pickups can be arranged at a side or loading entrance where the venue allows it.
For guests who prefer to travel together, the stretch limousine and the 20-passenger bus are available alongside the Escalades for crew, guests or larger parties.
Concerts, festivals and corporate events
Around Saddledome shows, Grey Eagle dates, Stampede season and downtown corporate events, parking and traffic control decide how long a trip really takes. Building the extra time in beforehand is the difference between an easy exit and a missed slot.

Yes. VIP and event work is usually booked hourly so the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you across the whole schedule rather than being released between stops.
Tell your chauffeur or call us directly. Because the vehicle is held for your booking, changes to timing are usually absorbed within the hours already quoted.
